Rental prices have plummeted in Phoenix while in San Francisco, rates have risen as much as 14%! New York and Seattle also experienced similar rent spikes due to a growing job-seeking populace. The culprit in Phoenix? An oversupply of housing that renters can rent for a cost below what they could rent an apartment. Sound familiar Florida?
